When I was in 4th grade I heard Bill Clinton vs George Bush and it was a close race and I think the debates is what won it for him. Though the best on I ever heard was my introduction to philosophy class, where a regular student girl went head to head w a very excellent professor to debate whether one should eat meat. I came to the conclusion that there is no right answer, it's what you find important, the lady thought that it was the principle that mattered and if you don't need to, why would you take the life of an animal.. He said that a hamburger is one of the best things in life and would never consider not enjoying what was put here for us.

Some people say oh he's hunting, that's so cruel, I think, en contrare, it's ignorant going to the store you order the sandwich and it's ready for you & you ignore the whole process, even if you go to the store and cook it, back in the day if you wanted to eat meat you migh thave to have the skill to get clos enough to kill it, sho\oot em w a bow or whatever then skin it, cook it and finally enjoy now for thousands of years people have made it more convenient by paying good money to a butcher to do all the dirty work for them but he truth still remains that to __________ you have to go through the whole process. Now I can just not think about it just like you and it seems so easy to just let the commercial entice you to your fav restaurant & get that new delicious thing you've been wanting to try or just go back to 1 of your favorites. The kids meals especially have customers coming back for life

I think the bottom line is if they are treated cruely or not.. If an animal lives a good life and prior to it's natural expiration, is made into a delicious nourishing meal.. It's not as bad as this...

I made it my custom this year that I would allow myself a month of enjoying it around the holidays to allow myself the time and perspective to decide if I would not eat meat for the next coming year. & I was like why is my heart beating so fast? I did a recap of my day: breakfast steak egg & cheese, sausage biscuit & breakfast burrito. I'll even enjoy bologna when I haven't had it for a long while but still hate sausage unless it's Polish or homemade, a real brat is ridiculously good, I just usually buy whatever has the most calories (energy) for the money. So after that I had a big ass burger and just got done eating half of my second one when I realized the effect it had. As a vegetarian that uses a lot of energy I spend alot of time looking at nutrition labels trying to get full of vitamins every now & then (cereal) and mostly protein and calcium so I've eaten whole jars of peanut butter, whole pints of ice cream and half galons of whole milk, 12 oz of cheese at a time without being phased & find it funny that it's the good meats that are forbidden. I mean, in India, half of everyone doesn't eat meat because the find it cruel and or cant afford it. While the other half, mostly don't eat beef, it's forbidden because the cow is a sacred animal that's gives milk, one of the only ways to reasonably get calcium. Then the Jews and Muslims don't eat pork and it's not exactly healthy anyway, the only thing that everyone agrees with is chicken. That's completely good for you, I mean has protein without cholesterol until you bread & fry it, gives delicious eggs every single day for you and here we go and mistreat ..
