American life flourished to possibly an all time high in the 70s.
I am told the price of goods was low
Americans had high paying jobs
Reaganomics took a turn for the worse
Inspired getting and keeping your fellow man or woman hooked
for huge profits.
90s we rallied, with technology there was a surplus and a balanced budget was foreseeable.. In theory, with no wars, the country could have completely been out of debt by now. Thus we would have an estimated extra 600 billion dollars a year to spend on making the country greater.
2000 Bush was "elected"

In Ancient Greece, they briefly tried allowing people to directly vote on issues that effect them.
However, they did not have the technology to do so.
How do we make a real democracy? No one knows... It's like when America wrote their first constitution..

They read books about a republic, the authors discussed it for over a year.
At this point, pretty much the whole world hates their leaders..
